Prudential Hong Kong Limited (PHKL) has a number of offices in Hong Kong, and like the University of Hong Kong, it has dedicated professional managers to manage these maintenance projects. However, their maintenance projects are outsourced. In the past, they used to use human resources and documents for recording and reporting. Therefore, they wanted to improve the management efficiency, and the function of the system was similar to the cloud management system of the University of Hong Kong. Administrators can submit maintenance requests, and outsourcing contractors can log in to the cloud management system to find out what they need to do. After the maintenance, the maintenance personnel can upload the completed photos in real time and notify the administrators. Managers can easily check the reports which reduces the workload of administrators, effectively saving human resources costs and improving efficiency and accuracy.
